About Jo

Hi I'm Jo, a certified Somatic Movement Educator. I offer classes and one-on-one sessions designed to help you reconnect with your body, reduce chronic tension, and move with greater freedom and comfort.

What is Somatic Movement?

Somatic movement helps to reduce muscular tension, ease chronic pain, and bring balance back to your body. Through gentle, pain-free, functional movement, you’ll learn to move with more awareness and less effort. Despite the stresses of daily life, you can feel more at ease and in tune with yourself.
